I am deeply passionate about making tools and knowledge available to our local communities so that every family will have people who know how to manage someone with anxiety, depression, or trauma.
Life’s too short to lose a day to poor mental health. That’s why I believe that empowering our communities with knowledge and practical skills isn’t just helpful — it’s essential for building a more resilient, compassionate, and empowering society.
